Labor and Delivery

Birth is a powerful and transformative experience that calls upon deep physical strength, mental resilience, and emotional openness. As your birth doula, I honor this sacred transition and the strength that already lives within you.

I provide continuous physical support through comfort measures, positioning, breath guidance, and advocacy for your birth preferences — helping you feel safe, informed, and grounded throughout labor. I also support your partner and family, offering reassurance, education, and guidance so they feel confident and connected in their role as they support you.

Beyond the physical, I hold space for the emotional journey of birth — offering calm presence, encouragement, and connection during moments of intensity and vulnerability. My intention is to ensure you feel seen, heard, and deeply supported every step of the way.

My goal is to encourage and empower you in a loving, compassionate way.

Postpartum Doula

Packages can be customized based on your families needs. We offer free consultations so we can determine which package is best for your journey.

  • Duration: 4-5 hours/session

    Number of Sessions: Minimum 6 sessions

    Cost: starting at $720.00

    Services ‍Included:

    • Emotional support and active listening

    • Infant care (diapering, swaddling, bathing guidance)

    • Breastfeeding or bottle-feeding support

    • Light household help (laundry, meal prep, tidying up, bottle cleaning)

    • Parent education (newborn care, sleep tips)

    • Postpartum recovery and wellness tips for mom

    • Meal prep and snack assistance

    • Sibling adjustment support, (if applicable)

    • Nesting (FREE 2 hours)

  • Lullaby (Evening/Bedtime Support)

    Duration: 4-6 evening hours per session

    Number of Sessions: 3-5 sessions

    Cost: starting at $540.00

    Services Included:

    • Assistance with baby sleep routines

    • Guidance on establishing breastfeeding or pumping schedules

    • Infant massage and soothing techniques

    • Light organization (help with baby gear and nursery)

    • Referrals to specialists or resources (lactation consultants, therapists, etc.)

    • Postpartum physical recovery support (exercise, pelvic floor care)

    • Nesting (FREE 2 hours) 

  • Duration: 5 hours/session

    Cost: Starting at $175.00

    ‍ Services ‍Included:

    • On-call support (booked as needed, with availability)

    • Breastfeeding support and troubleshooting

    • Infant care and soothing techniques

    • Parent education (including self-care tips for mom)

    • Light cleaning and laundry

  • Duration: 2 hours/session

    Number of Sessions: Flexible, based on needs

    ‍ Services ‍Description:

    A hands off approach purposed for knowledge and check ins. This provides mama with an extra listening ear during her early postpartum days as she navigates the new changes. Our resource list is available on our website however this is a good option if you need assistance combing through the resources and finding your best match.
